Man I so understand where u are coming from . lie lie lie thats all they do they say one thing to ur face and another to others. I seriously dont think it will end. walmart assosiates should have a world walk out . although I dont think that it would do much good they would probably just higher aliens or better yet clones to do the work.

I am stating this comment to the President of Wal-mart as a ex-employee due to poor management ethics, values, and respect for the individual. As I commented I am a ex-employee of the company due the lack of support and reinforcement of company rules and guidelines that were not consistant with fairness and equal opportunity within company guidelines. I am very disappointed with the way the company has handle several issues in the past and discriminated against others with the choices through personal and the management team. I once believed in the company as a whole with respect and dignity in all. Now my experience with the company has changed my belief all together. And how the company can be very unfair to those who might have made lots of invested time and effort to make a difference with many standards and company values, and opinions of others as now to be shown it is not as important to the company the rights of the fairness to thier employees, other than a body filling a position and getting the work done even if the employee must do the work of 5 postions, how does walmart expect any respect to be given if they are not giving the same in return. ecHu
